Board Committee Volunteers – Three Positions Available

Join a Committee at American Legacy Theatre – Volunteer for a One-Year Term

Our board committees are where bold ideas meet real impact, and we’re looking for passionate folks like you to help shape ALT’s future.

Each role is a 1-year volunteer commitment, with regular committee meetings (we estimate 3-5 hours/month) and opportunities to contribute to projects and events if you’re interested.

🔹 Marketing & Brand Committee
This group shapes everything from campaign planning to audience engagement, social media, brand development, and public perception. If you have experience in marketing, branding, PR, communications, or digital strategy—or just love a good storytelling challenge—this committee is for you.

Great fit for folks who:

• Love digital marketing, design, or social media
• Work in communications or storytelling
• Are excited to help ALT connect with new audiences

🔹 Fundraising Committee
This group focuses on helping ALT reach its fundraising goals. That includes supporting donor strategy, guiding giving campaigns, building community relationships, and brainstorming new ways to generate support.

Great fit for folks who:

• Have fundraising, sales, or nonprofit chops
• Are great connectors
• Enjoy dreaming up new ways to engage donors

🔹 Board Development Committee
This group focuses on recruiting and developing board members and volunteers who reflect the diverse communities ALT serves. You’ll help shape the future of the organization by ensuring we have bold, representative, and strategic leadership at the table, while also keeping an eye on volunteer needs across other committees.
