Seasonal Art Camp Counselor

ArtsConnect is now accepting applications and resumes for full and part-time Seasonal Art Camp Counselors to join our summer team. These paid positions are ideal for retired teachers, college students studying art or education, and creative individuals who enjoy working with kids.

Our summer art camp serves children ages 7–13 and runs for eight weeks, with the week of July 4 off, plus a required paid training week prior to camp. Counselors work alongside our Camp Director to lead engaging art projects, games, and activities that spark creativity, confidence, and self-expression in a fun, supportive environment.

We’re looking for high-energy, creative role models with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children. Prior experience in art, education, or youth programs is preferred, but enthusiasm and reliability are just as important.

Pay rate: $16 per hour
Camp hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Part-Time Shifts: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 12:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Season: June 1 through July 31 (seasonal position)
