Calling All Creators – Art Equals Blue Together May 9th
This is an opportunity to share your creations with the Art Equals Community at our 3rd Annual Blue Together event. This event centers around the theme of creating and celebrating support for mental health. We will have our main attraction, The Indigo Dye Party, along with local mental health supporters and creators. All abilities and backgrounds are welcome!
- This event is a fundraiser for our non-profit Art Equals. It runs from 12 PM to 5 PM on Saturday May 9th at the Hellmann Creative Center.
- The theme is Blue Together: Celebrating the Power of Creativity and Support for Mental Health. With that in mind, we would be thrilled if you could have a few items in your booth to reflect the theme, specifically blue items.
- Instead of a booth fee, we are requesting a donation of 20% of your sales which will be collected at the end of the event.
- Each participant will be given 10×10 space. You need to provide your own structure, weights, tables etc. Please let us know if you need assistance in that regard.
- The majority of this event will take place outside in the Hellmann Creative Center gravel parking lot.
- If you have any specific access needs or necessary accommodations, please reach out, and we will do our best to help out.
- Set-up will begin two hours before the event at 10 AM, and we ask that you complete tear down by 6 PM
