DESCRIPTION:

The Sharonville Cultural Arts Center (SCAC) is seeking artists for our 10th annual juried art show, ART NORTH

ART NORTH is a visual arts competition for artists of all media styles who live or work in the greater Cincinnati area, including Southern Ohio, Southeast Indiana, and Northern Kentucky.

Submissions are now open through August 31st, 2026 at 11:59PM.

 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • All work must be for sale, and include pricing information at the time of submission. Each artist may submit up to three (3) pieces for consideration.
  • Artist’s information must follow the entry format shown below and be submitted with images via the entry/payment form provided on this page by the August 31 deadline.
  • The subject line for any email correspondence must read: Art North 2026

 

Entry Fee: $35 (one entry fee for up to three submissions)

  • Must be received by August 31, 2026
  • Payment must be made online: see entry/payment form on this page

 

ENTRY IMAGES

  • Up to three (3) images may be submitted. Images should be in focus, clean, and clear.
  • The work should appear as you would wish it to be reproduced (so that we may post images on our web site and in social media).
  • Images must be of completed work, NO WORK IN PROGRESS.

 

TIMELINE

  • August 31, 2026 – Deadline for submission: 11:59 p.m.
  • Week of September 21 – Artists will be notified via email.
  • October 24 and 25th 2026 (Day) – times TBD – Chosen work will be accepted at Sharonville Cultural Arts Center, Westheimer Gallery for installation
  • Friday, November 6, 2026 6 – 8 p.m. Exhibition Opening: Reception and Awards Ceremony at the Westheimer Gallery and Theater at the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center
  • November 6, 2025 – December 12, 2026 – Art North 2026 Exhibition
  • Tuesday, December 15 from 10AM-4PM or Wednesday, December 16 from 10AM-4PM – Artist must pick up artwork, have provided pre-paid return packaging, or scheduled an alternate pick-up date with SCAC.
