Position Summary
The Front of House & Social Media Coordinator helps connect families to PB&J Concerts by creating a welcoming environment at performances and by sharing engaging program content across social media.
Responsibilities (Front of House):
Attend most PB&J concerts
Assist with concert set-up and tear-down
Welcome families as they arrive
Take photos during concerts
Run raffles and collect emails for mailing lists
Implement and summarize audience survey data and attendance numbers
Responsibilities (Social Media):
Design creative posts that highlight PB&J’s strengths and build excitement for upcoming events
Write clear, engaging captions and copy
Create short videos to engage audiences
Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule/calendar
Monitor posts and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms as needed
Stay up to date on social media trends and advise on best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
Warm, approachable demeanor with families, children, and artists
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Creativity and flexibility
Reliability and follow-through
Access to a reliable vehicle (with the ability to occasionally transport concert materials)
Familiarity with managing social media platforms
Experience with analytics is helpful, but not required
Flexible schedule required: concerts are primarily on Saturday mornings, with some weekday mornings and evenings
Compensation:
$250/month for social media responsibilities (1-2 hours/week)
$60 per concert (average 6 per month)

Music improves children’s lives. Our mission is to help children experience music in fun, accessible, and interactive ways. Through a wide variety of creative, kid-focused concerts, PB&J engages young children and their families in musical experiences across Greater Cincinnati.
