Part-Time Faculty Position (Sunday & Monday Afternoons)

Baldwin Music Education Center is seeking an outstanding music educator to join our faculty. For nearly 65 years, Baldwin has provided early childhood music education for children from newborn through age five and now serves more than 250 students each week.

This position begins with Sunday and Monday afternoon teaching, with opportunities for additional teaching days, leadership responsibilities, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Music required
Music Education, Piano Performance, Piano Pedagogy, Voice, or related degree preferred
Strong keyboard skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
A genuine love of working with young children and families
Previous early childhood teaching experience is helpful but not required. We provide extensive training in our curriculum.

Training & Compensation

All new faculty complete a paid internship and training period before teaching independently.

Compensation follows an incremental hourly pay scale based on training, teaching proficiency, leadership, and student retention.
