Salary range: $48,000-$56,000
POSITION SUMMARY
Price Hill Will (PHW) seeks a creatively minded, self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate individual for the position of Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator supports Price Hill Will’s fundraising and development by managing donor databases, assisting with campaigns and events, and communicating with supporters. Key responsibilities include submitting high-quality grant proposals, coordinating fundraising events, preparing materials, tracking data, and providing administrative support to the Operations & Advancement team. Essential skills for this role are strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with donor databases and other software.

Founded in 2004 by a group of passionate residents, Price Hill Will (PHW) is a nonprofit community development corporation working to strengthen the communities of Lower, East, and West Price Hill. Over the past two decades, PHW has grown into a unique organization that invests in inclusive economic development, vibrant arts and culture, and the revitalization of our historic neighborhoods.
Today, we have an annual operating budget of $1.6 million, assets of over $15 million, and a team of incredibly dedicated staff who care deeply about Price Hill and Price Hill Will.
