Request for Proposals: Teaching Artist Residency

ProjectArt is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 Teaching Artist Residency, a 9-month opportunity for visual artists to teach free, after-school art classes in public libraries while developing their own work and engaging with local communities. The residency runs from August through May and includes paid teaching, professional development, and a final exhibition with a materials honorarium. Applications open May 12, 2026 and close June 9, 2026. An information session will be held on April 30. More information is available at projectart.org/artists/.
