About the Role

We’re looking for a systems-builder and force multiplier to partner directly with our CEO. This role starts as Executive Assistant & Manager of Administrative Services and is designed to grow into Chief Operating Officer within 2–4 years.

What You’ll Do

• Manage CEO’s calendar, priorities, and focus.
• Oversee operations, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Build workflows and systems that prepare the firm to scale.
• Ensure professional polish across all communications.
• Manage tech platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Monday.com, Zoom, Harvest).
