Visionaries + Voices

Location: Blue Ash

Salary: $15/hr with full benefits package

Visionaries + Voices (V+V) is a vibrant, inclusive arts organization that amplifies the creative voices of more than 130 adult artists with disabilities across Greater Cincinnati. Through professional studio space, exhibitions, design partnerships, and educational programs, we support artists in developing meaningful careers in the arts — and in building community through creative expression.

Our studios are energetic, collaborative, and mission-driven. Artists at V+V exhibit locally and nationally, participate in public art installations, engage in community workshops, and contribute in powerful ways to Cincinnati’s cultural landscape.

The Studio Coordinator role is one of the most meaningful positions at V+V — you’ll be directly supporting artists, building relationships, and helping keep the studio running smoothly and creatively.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive studio environment where artists feel supported and encouraged
  • Work directly with artists each day, assisting with creative, physical, communication, and emotional needs
  • Support artists’ professional growth through workshops, studio projects, exhibitions, and goal-setting
  • Help prepare and maintain an organized, inspiring studio and gallery space
  • Communicate regularly with artists, families, caregivers, staff, and DDS team members
  • Track attendance, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Drive artists to and from the studio each day, ensuring safe and reliable transportation
  • Transport and support artists at exhibitions, community events, workshops, and field trips
  • Collaborate with staff on exhibitions, special programs, and community partnerships
  • Contribute to the fun parts too — celebrations, art fairs, openings, visiting artists, and special projects

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
  • Background or strong interest in art, art education, community arts, or disability support
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay grounded and flexible in a high-energy, creative environment
  • A genuine desire to support artists and be part of an inclusive arts community
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check
  • Basic comfort with Mac computers and digital documentation

Why This Role Matters

Studio Coordinators make V+V what it is. You will support artists in building confidence, pursuing creative goals, connecting with community, and developing meaningful careers. If you love people, care about inclusion, and find joy in creativity, this work is incredibly fulfilling.
