Contractual Graphic Artist/Content Creator

We are seeking someone who is wildly talented in graphic arts and branding skills, as well as content creation, for this part-time, very flexible, contractual role. The Barn in Mariemont is a beautifully restored old barn, now dedicated to the arts, artists, and our community. We have a strong sense of who we are and what our brand encompasses. We need your help bringing it to life.

The ideal candidate will be fully skilled in today’s graphic arts programs, including design and use of videos, and will work from their own office, as we do not have that equipment. It is a contractual role and we will be your client, but one of the best parts of the Barn is the community and the friendships made between people coming and going each day. It’s a happy, supportive, fun place and we’d love to find someone who will enjoy that part of the Barn experience, so they will intrinsically be able to communicate that in the work they do for us.

We are looking for someone who is very talented and has previous work that combines a clean, understated but vibrant, look and feel. A portfolio is a must. Strong writing skills are ideal as well. We aren’t looking for quick flyers made from templates. We can do that. We’re seeking someone with real talent, a love of small, plucky, non profits trying to do good in the world, who likes the idea of helping the arts and artists thrive!
