Getting Started
Digital Tools for the Future, Today
- Download the ArtsWave app for free from the app store on your device.
- Create an app account. If you already have an ArtsWave Pass, use the email address associated with your ArtsWave account to create your app account and your benefits will connect. You will need to create an account before logging in.
- Check your junk folder for the One-Time-Passcode email from Cincy A&E.
Entertainment Profile
Curated Events Based on your Preferences
- When you create an account you will be asked to build an entertainment profile. This is where you can select your entertainment preferences that will show in the “Events You’ll Love” section of the home screen.
- Targeted Offers: Complete the entire entertainment profile including demographics to receive offers just for you!
ArtsWave Pass Benefits
Easy Access to your Benefits
- If you already have an ArtsWave Pass and created your account using an email address on file with ArtsWave, you will see your benefits on the home screen. Click view all to see benefits categorized by events, experiences or shopping and dining.
- If you do not have an ArtsWave Pass, you can join by clicking Get ArtsWave Pass in the app.

- Comprehensive Events Guide: In addition to the events you’ll love on your home screen, you can see the full calendar by clicking the calendar icon.
- Favorite events you may want to attend.
- Build custom itineraries with events you cannot miss and share them with friends and family.
- Turn on notifications to learn about new ArtsWave Pass benefits and offers!
Stay Up to Date
Have the Best In-App Experience
- Enable automatic app updates: While the ArtsWave App is relatively new, we will be making improvements. Enabling automatic updates will ensure you are getting the best in-app experience with each visit.
- Check the app store: You can also check the app store for updates and update manually.
