Job Description

Highsteppers Dance Studio, a non-profit competitive youth dance organization located in the Mt. Healthy area of Cincinnati, is seeking a passionate, technical, and reliable Part-Time Ballet Technique Instructor for the upcoming 2026–2027 season (starting August 2026).

This is a secure, consistent instructional role with excellent long-term growth potential within our faculty.

Celebrating 27 years of community excellence, our studio fosters a disciplined, empowering environment for youth teams.

We are seeking an educator dedicated entirely to building foundational growth and technical muscle memory in our competitive 1st through 12th-grade dancers.
