Over 10,000 people have already come out to experience Greater Cincinnati's arts this year as part of ArtsWave Days, brought to you by Macy's. Just last Saturday, two treasured Greater Cincinnati landmarks opened their doors to the public. Music Hall and the Taft Museum of Art were packed full of beautiful music and incredible art, both new and traditional.

It's time to wrap up the 2019 series, and we have just the way to do it. Soul of the Arts is a pair of Grand Finale concerts at the School for Creative and Performing Arts. This one-night only showcase of electrifying jazz, R&B, gospel, modern dance and more is tomorrow at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The 4 p.m. show kicks off with Revolution Dance Theatre, performing excerpts from their powerful works, "LEAP" and "The Love Experience." Cincinnati Super Choir takes the stage next, taking us on "A Musical Journey through Jazz, Gospel and Motown." Kentucky Symphony Orchestra's K-so Combo will round out the first concert with a set of 1970s Soul, Blues & Funk instrumentals.

MUSE, Cincinnati's Women's Choir, will ring in the 6 p.m. concert with an homage to African American music and culture. Up next, Cincinnati Contemporary Jazz Orchestra will fill the stage with music of Earth, Wind & Fire. Finally, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company will close out the evening with "The Story Unfolds" and excerpts from "Body Talk." "The Story Unfolds" is an intimate look at human relationships created to classic love songs. "Body Talk" is a dance imagination of African American playwrights, drawing inspiration from prominent works including James Baldwin’s "The Amen Corner."

Both concerts are completely free as part of the 2019 ArtsWave Community Campaign! ArtsWave Days, brought to you by Macy's, is all about showcasing the amazing arts of Greater Cincinnati for everyone who calls this region home. Our deepest thanks go to Macy's for their support of this series, as well as Frisch's Big Boy for their sponsorship and The Enquirer for being our print media partner.

Make sure you reserve your seats for these free concerts! We'll see you tomorrow at Soul of the Arts!
