Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra explores an unwritten portion of Music Hall’s rich and diverse history in this year’s highly anticipated, one-night-only Classical Roots performance.

LUMENOCITY, the annual light projection festival accompanied by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, returns Aug. 5-7. Tickets go on sale July 5, so we spoke with Sherri Prentiss, vice president of marketing at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, to get the inside scoop on the fourth and final LUMENOCITY.

Myles Yeazell and Matthew Adams are the first Cincinnati area musicians selected to perform in the Detroit Sphinx Competition since 2002. Both young men perform with the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra and are performing in a benefit recital January 19.
